1. Fill up the form provided or send a message through Facebook INBOX (Coachaholic Mania - http://www.facebook.com/coachaholicmania)

2. All must be self collection (at Central or East MRT Station) / Normal Postage (only for Forever 21 purchase)

3. Confirmation of total amount will be sent to you through Facebook Inbox or SMS within 48 hours

4. You are required to pay 50% of the total after you have received a confirmation from us (ONLY FOR COACH)

You are required to pay 100% of the total after you have received a confirmation from us (ONLY FOR FOREVER 21)

5. If you have transferred the money, please inform us by indicating your name, bank and the amount you transferred

6. There is no cancellation, return, refund, exchange to be made after the transfer

7. All the items are ORIGINAL, BRANDED, LIMITED EDITION, and of course BRAND NEW (DIRECTLY SHIPPED FROM USA)

I will not be responsible for any loss item for Normal Postage Forever 21!!
